(2) Users can submit non-binding price inquiries, requests for viewing appointments for the studio gallery, or interview appointments (portfolio review) for the study programs via the forms or contact details provided on the website.

(3) A legally binding contract for the purchase of an artwork or participation in a study program explicitly does not come into effect online via the website. It is only concluded after personal consultation, viewing, or a successful interview in written form or on site.

§ 3 Copyright and Intellectual Property

The content published on this website, in particular the work monographs, texts, essays, photographs, and illustrations of the artworks, are protected by copyright. Any duplication, editing, distribution, or exploitation outside the limits of copyright law requires the prior written consent of Bernhard Karlowitz.
